This position requires:

·         Support IT Manager by providing end user support

·         Network maintenance

·         Software / hardware installation and upgrades

·         Troubleshooting hardware / software / network problems

·         Documentation of software / hardware / network changes

Skills required:

·         Windows server 2000 and 2003

·         Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7 operating systems

·         Microsoft Exchange Server

·         Blackberry Enterprise Server

·         Microsoft Terminal Services

·         Crystal Reports

·         Microsoft Office applications support

·         Wireless technologies

·         Data cabling

·         Telecommunication cabling

·         Backup and Disaster Recovery

·         Data Security

·         Support and troubleshoot handheld barcode scanners

·         WAN maintenance and configuration

·         Undergrad degree and minimum three year experience preferred.
