  • Trouble-shooting and problem solving and both equipment and product
  • Can make minor mechanical repairs proficiently
• Able to receive instructions and carry them out efficiently; result oriented
• Attention to detail
  • Pays close attention to proper mounting of equipment components (guides, photocells, guns, etc.)
  • Monitors quality level of the product
• Leadership skills
  • Sets the pace for the crew
  • Makes safe smart decisions; engages management when needed
  • Helps instruct others on proper procedures at SPPI

  • Inquires about literature for the equipment
