Customer Service Representative

This position requires:

·         Exceptional verbal / communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task

·         Project manage

·         Be proficient with Microsoft Word / Excel

·         Organized

·         Business to business relationship management

·         Interacting and supporting customers via telephone and emails on a daily basis

·         Resolving customer concerns and problems

·         Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment

·         Self starter and ability to think ahead
