Client Services Administrator
Our current opening for a Client Service Administrator (CSA) is a wonderful opportunity for anyone who would like to develop a career in the folding carton industry.
A partial list of responsibilities include:
- Coordination between sales and operations;
- A relentless focus on customer needs;
- Project manager support functions in graphics and structural design and tooling; and
- Reporting and analyzing production, scheduling and inventory for sales, operations, and scheduling.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have achieved a degree in Graphic Communication with an emphasis on Packaging, or related BS;
2. Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
3. Possess prior knowledge in the Folding Carton Industry;
4. Be a smart self-starter;
5. Have strong perception and problem solving skills;
6. Have a high attention to detail;
7. Strong writing skills;
8. Be well versed in Microsoft office; and
9. Successfully interact on a constant basis with colleagues and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
