Sierra Pacific Packaging, Inc. Has Been Acquired by Graphic Packaging International, Inc.

We are very excited to announce that the assets and business of Sierra Pacific Packaging, Inc. (SPPI) have been acquired by Graphic Packaging International, Inc. (GPI)!

It has been an amazing experience to watch SPPI grow from a fledgling warehouse start up in 1995 into one of the most successful folding carton producers in the consumer packaged goods industry. Throughout this period we have attempted to listen to and innovate for our customers to provide quality packaging, with the desire to become the best in the marketplace.

We are not planning any changes in the SPPI customer experience as a result of the acquisition. Customers will still be able to use our website through June 30, 2011. After that time, customers will be redirected to GPI’s website at www.graphicpkg.com.

GPI has had a history of strong leadership and innovation for over 85 years. Like GPI, we believe there is a lot of innovation ahead for the packaging industry and we could not think of a better company to join during this exciting time. We look forward to offering future products that we hope will resonate with our customers.
